Even though a water fire extinguisher can put out the class A fire, that is all it can do. A very pleasant unsolicited phone call this morning from Charles Simpkin at Chelsea’s famous Bluebird Café. Back in 2009 we persuaded Charles to replace the glass-fronted patio heaters in the courtyard with some new Heliosa 11 patio heaters.  The elements in the old heaters were lasting only a few months, so the Bluebird was spending hundreds of pounds each year replacing them.
